Anne has spent 27 years working with technology and is still passionate about all that it can do to help businesses achieve efficiency and growth. Her current focus is working with the Microsoft Dynamics xRM platform and Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CE software. She was awarded the seventh Microsoft MVP for CRM and has a long-running blog (www.crmlady.com) and Twitter feed (crmlady) on the subject. She has worked with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for CE as a customer, partner practice leader, consultant, and enterprise user since version 1.2, released in 2004.

Elliott Jacksch is a mathematician by education and a Functional Architect in D365 CE by experience and training. Elliott is certified, and in short span had launched into 5 different CRM projects involving D365 CE and Microsoft Portal. He contributes and manages development, solution design, and Power BI Integration. In addition to his functional work, Elliott is his leading the development effort for D365 CE and Portal projects. With his background in both analytical reasoning and problem-solving he is the bridge to quantitative analysis and development which explains his rocketing to the top of the CRM team in Domain 6 projects. Hailing from Alaska Elliott enjoys the outdoors and embracing the multi-faceted technical solutions that Dynamics supports.
