This session will provide an overview and demonstration of a real world Customer Journey, with a walk through of the scenario to show an end to end example process, created using low or no code solutions that provide functionality to extend and improve your offerings to your customers and deliver a better experience to your users.

From initial point of contact through to feedback and evaluation, plus everything in-between, the focus will be how to assess real world challenges by designing a rapid solution with Microsoft's new "off the shelf" line of business applications.

The solution will leverage the combination of Virtual Assistant, Forms Pro Power Apps Portals, PowerApps, Flow, Flic buttons, Teams, Azure Cognitive Services and Power BI.
