Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement apps) provides native seamless integration with Microsoft Teams. This helps users to be more productive and get work done more effectively. Users can easily share customer information, communicate via Chat, and access Dynamics 365 records, views and dashboards within the Teams channels.
