In this demo oriented session, let's unwrap the Omnichannel Engagement Hub product to get a deeper understanding on the Channels it supports, the experiences the agent and the supervisor has, all the power that the communication panel offers and what are the ways that we can extend the Omnichannel Engagement hub to truly push the boundaries of what we call as the Customer Help desk.
