Meghan leads the Dynamics 365 Enterprise training team at RSM. Before joining the RSM team, Meghan spent several years training, and supporting users in Dynamics AX for Retail in various Microsoft stores around the country. Meghan is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) with several years of professional experience working with Microsoft software and technologies such as Dynamics 365, Dynamics AX, Azure, LCS, Power Apps, Microsoft Flow, and Microsoft Office.
Dian Taylor specializes in customer relationship management (CRM) technology and process at RSM in West Palm Beach, Florida. In this role as a CRM Presales Consultant, she designs custom CRM demonstrations for RSM prospects. Her prior experience in solution designing, implementing, configuring and customizing several complex scenarios in various industry sectors has helped her build relevant customer demos. She has the unique ability to clarify CRM strategies and objectives: modeling and optimizing business processes, defining user requirements, designing fit for purpose and cost effective CRM solutions.
