- Employee Engagement
- Customer Self-Help
- Single Sign-on

And, the Portal can also support Customer/Partner Productivity by providing the following:
- Power BI integration
- Portal on top of F&O
- Work Stream Management

Organizations can provide data and insight to a wide audience of users in a curated and secure fashion. It is quickly becoming a key component of end-to-end solutions involving D365 for Finance and Customer Engagement, and I will introduce these features to the audience.
