The standard processes in Dynamics365 Project Service Automation give the user a lot of freedom in data input. In projects, especially in the commercial aspects, the data quality resulting from the processes is very important.
In this session I will use my experience from many projects to address this topic using examples (i.e. time recording, project planning). At the end I will give some additional examples, which can only be solved with the help of coding.
I have been working in Microsoft Dynamics for almost 10 years as a Business and PreSales consultant, starting with version 4.0. In early 2016 I was involved in my first Dynamics Project Service Automation project. Since then, I have been concentrating on the service modules (PSA, Field Service and Customer Service), with a special focus on PSA. In the last 4 years I was involved in more than 10 PSA related projects as Lead Business Consultant and/or Solution Architect.
