The unified interface is the new interface Microsoft introduced with version 9 of Customer Engagement. The interface provides a consistent uniform experience to users and provides optimal viewing on any screen size or device. Whether you are on a browser, tablet or phone, you will be have similar experiences. Most of the core functionalities of sales and customer service have moved to the Unified Interface client, and the new versions of Field Service and PSA applications have been moved to the Unified Interface. They cannot be accessed through the classic interface anymore.
