More importantly, we look at the new Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, and how it aims to address these challenges and enable organisations to get the end results faster. As part of the demo, we'll look at its integration capability with Power Platform - Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps for actionable insights.
